Foil Stamping & Printing

Traditional Foil

Looking for a classic traditional hot stamp foil? Our latest foil machinery has the capability to produce a standard hot foil stamp, emboss or deboss stamp (with or without foil), or die cut, all with greater efficiency (and safety) compared with a traditional Windmill letterpress. Unlike Digital Foil, the number of substrates and foil colors available to work with are much more extensive.

Digital Foil Stamping

Through extensive research and testing, we have adapted these extraordinary production techniques—once exclusive to higher print runs (and higher budgets)—with cutting-edge digital foil stamping processes. This ultimately results in:

  • No plates, no dies, no crazy setup fees
  • Streamlined, in-house speed and efficiency
  • Quantities as few as one
  • Unimaginable customization with variable data

Personalized wedding invitations, luxurious stationery suites, unforgettable direct mail, elevated brand collateral, and killer mock-ups … the opportunity to be unique within-budget has never been so attainable.

Digital vs Traditional Foil?

So, you might ask, what’s the difference?

The most obvious difference to the casual observer is the look and feel. However, there are many more factors involved in deciding which technique to use. Budget, quantity, surrounding ink coverage, and deadline are among the key factors in foil application. Check out this short video for an overview on Digital vs Traditional Foil (both now available at Indigo Ink.)
